Sovereign Hill is a great resource for Australian History. The website has many free resources under the education tab on the website. It even has a section for homeschoolers! Each registered Home Educating parent can download a copy of the Teacher Membership form and attach a copy of their Homeschooling registration for free membership until the end of the following year. This includes free entry to Sovereign Hill each time you visit and 10% discount for accompanying family members as well as a 10% discount for teacher members to Blood on the Southern Cross (the night-time light and sound show). Teacher membership does take a few weeks to process so it is advisable to apply for it well before you would like to visit Sovereign Hill.
